Right behind the resort, we've started our own kitchen garden — a quiet patch of earth where coriander, spinach, and a few seasonal greens grow under the Panna sun. Small at first, but lovingly tended.
Whatever the garden gives, the kitchen receives the same morning. A handful of fresh dhaniya for the dal, just-picked palak for a sabzi, leaves still cool from the soil. It's a small thing, but you can taste the difference.
Over time, we plan to add tomatoes, chillies, beans, and more — bringing more of your meal a little closer to the place it was grown.
